A historic cultural center and the origin of so much more than we think. From food, architecture and music, to history and traditions that go way back.

The urban city life and the beach are closely connected, either in Lisbon, or smaller towns like Cascais along the coast.

The train works perfectly for efficient travel both here and there, with opportunities to experience several cities on the same holiday.

Madeira is a separate lush undiscovered pearl we warmly recommend. Beautiful beaches and great nature, and a nice and stable climate, perfect for both exercise and relaxation. And if you’re an adventurer, there is this great 20 million years old forest, several botanical gardens, the uninhabited “Robinson Crusoe” islands, and exciting hikes you can dare to explore.

In Madeira, Hotel Panoramico Maderia is our base.

A super nice hotel, with la lovely rooftop terrace, infinity pool, squash and tennis court, to name just a few of its amenities. It is only 5 minutes from the Cross-Fit Box where we will do our training.

There is a taxi service every hour going in to the city center, and back of course, free of charge. Breakfast and dinner is also included.
